The long walk

The walk to our car can take for-ever. We are parked right at the end of the walkway which is great because they don't have to cross the parking lot..................but, man is it a long walk sometimes.

Who knew how interesting bushes, wood chips, mailboxes, leaves, geckos, berries from the trees are. It's like a gauntlet for kids, I never knew so many objects existed that could distract between the elevator and our car.

Sometimes when they hold hands I can get them about half way. Try this walk with a handful of groceries, keys still out, a couple of sippy cups dangling from your hand, some toys you found under their seats, that sack you forgot about last week............Oh to have a house with a garage.............Someday
